LSH Elementary Spring Concert - Tuesday May 13
A message from the Le Sueur County Family Services Collaborative: Tuesday, May 6 from 5:30-7:30 PM at Le Sueur Henderson Elementary School (use Kids Club Doors) for an evening of conversation and brainstorming about solutions to build resilience in our community. This event is free and open to the public, we would love to see parents, grandparents, as well as community members join us to share input to guide a proposal for developing a Family Resource Center/Network in our area. This concept would design a community or school-based hub or network of support that connects families with local resources, support, or programs to help them thrive. Free subway boxed lunches will be served from 5:30-6:00, with the conversation for adults beginning at 6:00. The event features door prizes, self-care stations, and free childcare, kids will enjoy watching Inside Out 2 in the Kids Club area. Youth attending the event can engage in vision board making and conversation about their interests and ideas for building resilience too. Hope to see you there!

Students created a cooperative song, with special guest, Mr Malphurs.
Students provided animals and places and he created song verses on the spot.

7th grade Mass Media is wrapping up a unit on marketing by creating their own ad campaigns including marketing techniques and unique selling propositions for video and print ads. Today students began recording a first video draft for their fictional products.
