A very important component of the search process is to seek staff, student, parent and community input into the creation of a profile of attributes that a new superintendent should possess to be successful in the Le Sueur-Henderson School District.  You can provide input by attending one of the community meetings with the Cooperative's search consultants. The one hour meetings are scheduled as follows:

Day Time Location
Tuesday, January 9, 2018 6:30 PM MS/HS Media Center
Tuesday, January 9, 2018 6:30 PM Hilltop Elementary Media Center

If you cannot attend one of these meetings, you can also provide input on-line by electronically completing the Superintendent Search Questionnaire.  The South Central Service Cooperative Search Consultants will tabulate the results of the returned questionnaires and assist the School Board in the creation of a profile of the skills and abilities that the new superintendent should possess to be successful.

Your engagement in the search process will be greatly appreciated by the Le Sueur-Henderson School Board. If you have any questions about the search timeline or process please contact Harold Remme, South Central Service Cooperative at harold.remme@gmail.com or visit with a member of the Le Sueur-Henderson School Board.
